Returns & Refunds Policy – Maison Mia & Co

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

In your email, include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

We will provide you with a return form and further instructions once your request has been approved.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Maison Mia & Co is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
